Payment Options & Dental Insurance
Payment is due in full at the time of service and for your convenience we accept cash, personal checks and most major credit cards. We are proud to offer excellent care at an affordable price. If you have any questions or concerns about insurance and financing options, please contact our office.
As a courtesy to our patients, we are in network with a number of insurance companies including:

Our office will gladly file your insurance claim for you as a courtesy.

Co-payments are expected at the time of service.

Your benefit is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company.

Not all dental services are covered benefits in all contracts.

We will provide an estimate of the benefits that your insurance company is expected to pay.

If there is a difference in the estimated insurance coverage and the actual amount paid or if the claim is denied, the patient is responsible for the balance
